Building Design
Building design is where your project succeeds or fails — long before construction begins. We design homes that respond to their site, suit the way you live, and respect your budget, with structure and compliance resolved into the design rather than discovered later.

Interior Design
Interiors are where a home is actually lived in — and where loose design decisions cost the most. We resolve spatial planning, joinery, materials, finishes and fixtures as one coordinated body of work, documented properly so what you approve is what gets built.
We detail interiors the way a tradesperson needs to read them. Selections aren't a mood board — they're a specification.

Independent advice — wherever you are in the process
Project Advisory
Some clients come to us before anything has been drawn. Others arrive with plans already done, a designer engaged, or a builder selected — and what they need is an independent, construction-literate opinion before committing further. Project Advisory meets you wherever your project currently stands by reviewing existing plans, checking a budget against reality, assessing a builder's quote, or confirming a decision before it becomes expensive to change. If your project needs a trusted builder, a different service, or a clearer path forward, we'll point you in the right direction.

Working alongside your builder — through construction
Project Coordination
Once your design is approved, the project moves into construction — and that is exactly when things can quietly drift from what was intended. Project Coordination keeps your design intact through that phase. We stay engaged between you and your builder for the duration of construction, ensuring every design decision and consultant requirement are properly delivered, and that the finished result matches what was approved, stays on budget, and has the quality and workmanship it deserves.
We work hand in hand with your builder, not instead of them — so the home that gets built is the home you approved.
What this is — and what it isn't
We do not replace your builder, nor do we run the build. Your builder remains responsible for construction. Our role is to coordinate, represent your interests, and help your builder deliver the project exactly as it was designed — clearly, confidently, and without the gaps that usually cause disputes.
